There’s no feeling better than perfect eyeliner days. An Eyeliner is every girl’s best friend-a must have! After all, it is one such cosmetic that a girl cannot do without. And blue heaven eyeliner is my latest pick. It wings well and is quite a good pick.

My take on Blue Heaven Eyeliner
This eyeliner is pretty good and it comes cheap. I have been using it for 14 days and I feel quite impressed. But despite the glossy black finish, the eyeliner does not stay very long. It gets washed off in a cinch. So, if you are looking for long lasting eyeliner and the one to create beautiful dramatic eyes, I would quite not suggest you to pick this. Besides, it is a liquid eyeliner coming in a glass bottle, you have to be careful enough with it.

I do recommend it for casual use and for the reason of it being inexpensive
I do not recommend it for creating perfect wings. Besides, i would definitely look for an alternative better than Blue heaven Eyeliner to keep for myself.
